About Us

Coach Homes at Dover Village is a community that is nestled in the Conway area.  This condominium community consists of 184 privately owned residences housed in 26 buildings. Coach Homes was developed originally in the early 1990’s and we are conveniently located within minutes of the Orlando International Airport and multitudes of nearby restaurants and shopping centers.

 

The Association’s Board of Directors is made up of five (5) unpaid, volunteer residents.  These residents volunteer to serve on the board, care about this community, and spend countless hours working to protect the investments of its owners.  The Board endeavors to provide an enjoyable, safe, and well-maintained community that we all can be proud of.

 

Association fees are $400.00 per month, effective January 1, 2023, and includes, basic cable, water, sewer, trash, recycle, internet, and the maintenance of the common areas of the community.  Homeowners are responsible for power, any additional cable and internet services, and the maintenance of their individual units.
